Why We Use It

We use emails to reply to you, review corrections and research suggested cases, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate archive. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and working.

How Long We Keep It

Correspondence is kept for up to two years, unless it forms part of a published correction record. Server logs are typically kept for no more than 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host the site or our email, under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
